Mr. Keb is also considered a highly respected thought leader based on his insightful contributions as a Board of Directors Member and Strategic Advisor. Both in the U.S. and internationally, he is recognized for his ability to source, develop and innovate financing and operational solutions that generate consistent deal flow and forge new strategic partnerships across diverse borders and cultures, delivering strong financial results.
With a technical background in engineering that encompasses leveraging the latest technology, Mr. Keb has tackled the multiple challenges associated with overseeing complex deals from start to finish. These include hotels and resorts ranging from boutique hotels designed to attract tech-focused Gen Z business travelers ... to spearheading a "miracle-turnaround" resort project during a global credit crisis that limited Caribbean economic development ... to launching hotels with financing fully compliant with Sharia guidelines throughout the Gulf region and Middle East. As just one example of his impact, a recent Hyatt Miami joint-venture redevelopment required a public vote and referendum that successfully created over $200M in value.
Mr. Keb currently serves as Senior Advisor-Global Capital Investments & Transactions at IHG Hotels & Resorts focused on growth and strategic brand building for the Regent Hotels & Resorts and Six Senses luxury brands in the Americas and Europe.
His premier global hotel, resort, hospitality and brand experience includes the financing or development of more than 60 luxury hotels, resorts and branded residences with a combined investment value in excess of $8 billion, including:
